45 minute yin yoga sequence11/29/2023 ![]() Now that I’m home, I revel in the fact I can stay in bed for longer periods of time. That’s why I use this bedtime yin sequence to bring balance back to my body and mind frequently when traveling. And the body really does get tired of sitting for hours on end. Yet our minds are always accessing new information. And this surely is the case when you compare it to how we used to travel via car. You’d think with a queen size bed in the van there would be plenty of rest happening while the other person is driving. We see new places, try new foods, and get to visit family across the country. These adventures are usually very exciting. Steve and I just returned to the west coast after 10 days on the road. Plus you’ll tap into an inner calm that allows you to drift to sleep more easily, and wake up more refreshed each morning, too. You’ll release tension in the body and get more comfortable before bed. You can have trouble falling asleep or difficulty sleeping through the entire night.That’s why this bedtime yin yoga sequence is the perfect way to offset these problems. To all the Innerdimension Team – keep the great work up – you are making the change in our life – We feel empty on the days that we can´t spend at least 30 minutes on the mat! Namaste of the teacher to fit our way of doing yoga. Every person has it´s style, voice, aura, etc.- when we go to live yoga sessions we also chose our instructors very carefully as we want the charisma, tone of voice, speed of talking etc. Without no disrespect – we would love to have the 45/45 only thought by one teacher as well. I would like to join the other yoga student mentioning the issue about of one teacher for one program. My wife and myself consider ourselves intermediated yoga students and have been following Travis for more than one year over the You Tube Channel – recently we decided to go for the subscription, amongst other, to be able to do this 45/45 challenge after we did the 30/30 from Travis on You Tube which was absolutely amazing. ![]() Namaste <3Ī great addition to the other programs. Forever grateful to all of you! This program is another wonderful addition and will continue to be in my practice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you! I’ve practiced with Travis, Lauren and the rest of the Inner Dimension gang every day for nearly three years now. I highly recommend anyone reading to do the supplemental practices, especially Core, I found it really supported the practice. ![]() I actually experienced more improvement in strength and flexibility during these 45 days than in the same span of time in any of the other programs (including LU108 and PY108)! I found it easy to modify when necessary, and as always, your humor and warmth carries me through the tougher days. Thank you so much for another brilliant program! I’ve taken most of the programs you’ve both created here on Inner Dimension, and this one is a contender for the number 1 spot so far! I love that there are so many different classes, and that they’re so varied.
